Refunds and Returns

Refund Policy

We only accept refunds under the following circumstances:

• The product is still sealed and in original packaging
• The product has not been used or worn
• The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival
• The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Returns Policy

Terms & conditions of returns:

• The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this
• Products must be returned in original condition & packaging
• Customers must cover return shipping
• If the refund is accepted, customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

• Shipping costs
• Contact latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)
• Products returned after 30 days since purchase
• Gloves with wear or deterioration

How to Return an Item

If you need to return your gloves please email goldstargoalkeeping@gmail.com with the following information:

• Name
• Address
• Order Number
• Glove model
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for Return

 If this matches our refund & return policy, then we will provide a return form with return shipping details.
